Current product status
As of 12 April 2026:
- the Terminal is live in open beta
- Vaults are not live yet
vBETTERis not live yet- Kalshi, Opinion, B2B products and OpenRouter distribution are still planned or in progress
Product mechanics, thresholds, timelines and integrations can change.
Trading and copy-trading risks
- Market risk: prediction markets can move against you quickly.
- Slippage risk: the price you see is not always the price you get.
- Copy-trade mismatch: copy trades do not guarantee equal fills, equal timing, equal sizing, or equal performance.
- Execution risk: fast markets can move before a copied order is filled.
- Signal risk: a statistically strong signal can still lose money.
Settlement and venue risks
- Oracle risk: a market can resolve later than expected or be disputed.
- Settlement delay risk: market disputes, oracle disputes, or Polygon queues can delay final resolution. In some cases this can take roughly 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Venue dependency: the current live Terminal flow depends on Polymarket and Polygon infrastructure.
Funding and infrastructure risks
- Cross-chain / routing risk: BETTER uses UDA technology powered by Enclave.money to route capital into Polygon-ready balances. Any routing or integration layer can fail, delay, or behave unexpectedly.
- Wallet risk: you are responsible for the wallet you connect and fund from.
- Source-chain gas risk: you need gas on the source chain to fund the Terminal.
Token and access risks
- Access-gate risk: access depends on meeting the current
$BETTERthreshold. - Session risk: if you only meet the gate with liquid
$BETTERand sell below the requirement during a live session, your session can time out. - Market risk in
$BETTER: the token price can move sharply. - Tax / fee interpretation risk: token trading taxes and Terminal fees are different mechanisms; read the token docs carefully before acting.
Future vault risks
The first BETTER vault is still in progress. When vaults launch, additional risks will apply, including:
- strategy underperformance
- batched withdrawal timing
- inability to partially withdraw at first launch
- smart contract risk
- operational pause risk if strategies are turned off or funds are made available for withdrawal
BETTER plans to pursue an independent vault audit as quickly as possible once vault infrastructure is ready, but future audits are not the same thing as a guarantee of safety.
Compliance and availability
- Terminal access currently does not require KYC.
- The current closed beta does not use geo-blocking.
- Regulatory requirements can change and future product availability may change with them.

These docs describe current product status and intended direction, but they can change.
The app and these docs are the main source of truth for current mechanics. BETTER also communicates important updates through X and Telegram.
